On the 23th of June 2023 the selection jury met at the Administration of the Malá Fatra National Park in Varín and the selection of the submitted posters for the collection of the 16th year of the competition triennial Ekoplagát ´23 took place. A total of 183 authors with 420 posters from 28 countries of the world registered. The most, 75 registered authors were from China, followed by 43 authors from Slovakia, including 30 student works (high school students, university students) and then from Poland with 16 registered authors.

247 posters from 148 authors from 26 countries of the world advanced to the Ekoplagát ´23 exhibition.

During the selection, the idea of the poster, its artistic mastery and the contribution of these ecologically themed works were assessed and evaluated. The posters of artists and art school students were evaluated in one category.
